Michelle Luevane, CPA, MT, CTC, Realtor
Owner & Tax Partner
Michelle is a Colorado-licensed CPA with a Master's degree in Taxation from the University of Denver. Michelle combines her analytical mindset and vast tax knowledge with real estate prowess to provide financially sound solutions to buyers, sellers, and, especially, real estate investors. In addition to being a proud DU alum, Michelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA), and the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants (PASBA).

Lauren Olney
Head Administrator
Lauren is a jack of all trades but has a particular affinity for technology. Lauren utilizes her wealth of knowledge to stay current in the ever-advancing digital world. She is a rock-star administrator with more than ten years of experience and enjoys working under tight deadlines. When Lauren is not helping us at the firm, she is spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading one of the hundreds of books in her to-be-read pile or working on her novel.

Diana Hollister
Director of Business Development
Diana Hollister has been building relationships in the Denver area for 15 years. She values the relationships she has with other business owners and is passionate about ensuring they are being proactive vs reactive with their tax dollars. She is an avid dog lover and rescuer and is a mom of 4 and 2 little grands. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, the outdoors, and is a foodie and wine connoisseur who enjoys writing and painting in her free time.

Jesse Jones
Tax Accountant
Jesse earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Colorado State University Pueblo and has since built a solid foundation in tax preparation. His attention to detail and commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of their taxes are what drive him in his work. Outside of the office, Jesse has a deep love for history, often reading books that explore different eras and events. He’s also an outdoor enthusiast who finds peace in hiking mountain trails. On quieter days, Jesse unwinds by playing the piano, a hobby that allows him to find balance in his busy life.

Accounting Manager
Deborah (Debbie) Williams is a highly experienced Accounting Manager with over 40 years in the field. She brings deep expertise in financial reporting, process improvement, and team leadership, with a strong passion for helping small businesses thrive. As a licensed General Contractor, Debbie has successfully built and supported multiple construction businesses—giving her unique insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by small business owners. Her drive to simplify accounting operations, improve financial clarity, and mentor high-performing teams led her to join Synergy CPA Group in Denver. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, close friends, and the occasional foster pup that wins her heart.

Administrative Assistant
Sam, the administrative assistant at Synergy CPA Group, is a dedicated mom of two who brings warmth and approachability to the team. Known for her positive spirit, she keeps things organized behind the scenes and is always ready to help where needed.

Cheryl Luevane
Office Manager
Cheryl graduated from the University of Denver (DU) with a bachelors degree in Accounting. She brings experience in bookkeeping, sales tax, and tax preparation. Cheryl also acts as the office manager and client liaison. Cheryl is an avid real estate investor and is always out following Denver's real estate market. Cheryl and her husband live in Denver and have three children and five grandpups.

Liz has extensive tax preparation experience with business and individual tax returns. As a serial entrepreneur, Liz takes her passion in tax to start and build new business ventures. When Liz is not formulating her next move, she can be found spending time with her husband Terry, her three children, and her adorable dog named Peaches.

Cheryl Anderson
CPA, Tax Accountant
Cheryl Anderson, CPA, holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from DeVry University and is dedicated to helping small businesses grow by maximizing earnings and minimizing tax liability. Before entering the accounting field, she ran a successful auto repair business with her husband and served in the U.S. Air Force, including a tour in Iraq. Outside the office, Cheryl is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys gardening, scuba diving, camping, and fishing, and she also volunteers with her local search and rescue team.
